Here are some tips to keep you moving at work!

  • Don’t wait for your food to rotate in the microwave… Do a few star jumps or squats.
  • No one will mind! Go for an adventure – take the long way back to your desk and stretch your arms as you go.
  • Lunge across the hall to a co-worker instead of emailing.
  • Sit on an exercise ball to engage your core and work those abs.
  • Park a block away from the office.
  • Catch up with a walking meeting.
